We suggest the following items to take along:

- a bottle for drinking water or tea

- swimming suit and sandals in the summer

- sturdy walking shoes to hike through our hilly forests

- indoor "house shoes" for your comfort

We have all the yoga equipment, and of course you're welcome to bring your favourite yoga mat.
