About the Retreat
A Week of Returning to Yourself
Co-Hosted by Nicole Zellie Lann (SoulFULL Movements) & Caroline Willebois (Tara Nature Retreat)
This retreat is a sanctuary and a catalyst — designed for anyone craving reconnection with their body, truth, energy, joy, and wild aliveness.
Whether you are entering a new chapter… closing a long cycle… or seeking spaciousness and renewal… you will find exactly what your soul needs here.
Step into a week designed to soften you, open you, and call you home to yourself. Nestled in the ancient, rolling hills of Umbria—land of monasteries, forests, and centuries-old pathways—Elemental Alchemy is a 6-night immersive retreat devoted to the five universal elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit.
This retreat arrives during a powerful New Moon and in the Year of the Horse—a year of motion, freedom, wild creativity, and soulful expansion. As the moon wanes in the Umbrian sky, you’ll be invited to shed what’s heavy, move what’s stagnant, and step forward with the clarity and momentum your spirit has been craving.
A Rhythm Designed for Both Depth and Rest
Each day is curated around one of the five elements. You’ll move through:
🧘♀️ Elemental Yoga daily
📖 Creative & meditative workshops
💃 YogaRhythmics® and Fire Dance-inspired movement
🌻 Time to wander, rest, journal, explore
😋 Three nourishing meals per day from our on-site chef
🌙 New Moon ceremony & sacred rituals
🌱 EARTH (Sun): Ground into your body, awaken presence, root into belonging.
💦 WATER (Mon): Melt, soften, flow, release.
🔥 FIRE (Tue): Ignite passion, power, transformation, expression.
💨 AIR (Wed): Breathe into expansion, clarity, inspiration.
💜 SPIRIT (Thu): Integrate, connect, awaken intuition.
⭕️ Closing Circle (Fri): Depart with a full heart and a clearer path.
Your Retreat Sanctuary: Tara Nature Retreat Center
Tara Nature Retreat isn’t just a venue—it is a living, breathing sanctuary created with intention, heart, and a fierce love for Mother Nature.
Founded and cared for by Caroline Willebois & Timothy Patey, Tara was built on the belief that healing begins with the inner dialogue we hold with ourselves. Their mission is to re-build a world grounded in kindness, clarity, and sustainability—and Tara is their embodiment of those values.
Tara is home. A home for Caroline and Timothy, where they nurture a lifestyle connected to the land, to simplicity, and to the wisdom of the body and spirit. And a home for you—a place to exhale, drop your defenses, and return to your true nature.
Here, in the softness of the Umbrian countryside, you will reconnect to the teachings of the Earth. You will remember the joy of simplicity, the nourishment of stillness, and the healing that emerges when you let yourself truly arrive.
Meet Your Retreat Guides
Caroline Willebois
Caroline discovered yoga at 19 while traveling the world, and it became the anchor that held her through constant movement. As a certified 500hr Elemental Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, a passionate foodie, holistic health coach, and the author of This is for You, Nature’s Calling, and the seasonal cookbook Nourish, Caroline has spent the last eight years hosting retreats in Italy and Bali that blend depth, nature, and heart.
Raised in East Africa, Caroline carries a reverent relationship with Mother Nature. Tara Nature Retreat is her soul’s work made tangible—a place where her teachings, love of food, holistic wisdom, and deep connection to the Earth converge. Her favorite colour is green, she loves mangoes, and she can often be found singing Disney songs with a smile that lights up a room.
During this retreat, Caroline will guide elemental yoga, meditative practices, and nourishing workshops that ground, soften, and inspire.

Nicole Zellie Lann
A passionate practitioner since 2000, Nicole completed her 200-hour Kripalu-based yoga teacher training in 2003, followed by a 100-hour YogaRhythmics® training—sparking the beginning of a teaching journey spanning more than two decades. Her offerings have evolved into SoulFULL Movements, a dynamic fusion of yoga, somatics, and expressive embodiment practices designed to help students reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner child. Nicole’s classes are equal parts sacred and playful, grounding and expansive—rooted in the belief that movement is a pathway to healing, joy, and rediscovery. When she’s not teaching, Nicole can be found with her husband Mike, their son Jack, and their dog Cookie—cheering from the sidelines, taking long walks, or sinking into a good book.
During this retreat, Nicole will guide several elemental yoga practices along with vibrant, soul-stirring YogaRhythmics® movement sessions that invite freedom, creativity, and embodied release.

"I visited this magical place with my partner and it's exactly as expected, and more. A true nature retreat where the stillness and beauty of the natural environment can be felt and seen. If you're looking for a place to rediscover the connection with mother earth and yourself then this is a perfect choice. Caroline and Tim are some of the kindest, most knowledgeable hosts and I would highly recommend visiting them for a retreat. There's yoga, wholesome nutrition, mindfulness practice, joyful togetherness, peaceful sunrises. Exactly what we all need to recharge!"

About the Co-Founders

Caroline
Travelling the world, Caroline discovered yoga at 19 and continued with a dedicated personal practice that gave her a sense of stability in all her movement. Recognising the powerful transformation that happens during a retreat, she has spent the past five years hosting her own yoga retreats and immersions in Italy and Bali. As a certified 500hr Elemental Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist, passionate foodie and holistic health coach she has found her soul work in creating healing retreats, offering one-on-one coaching sessions and writing. She has written two books: This is for You and Nature's Calling. With a new cookbook just out! Growing up in East Africa, Caroline was raised with a deep respect for Mother Nature and has deepened this connection through her travels, way of life and, now, the manifestation of Tara Nature Retreat. Her favorite colour is green, she loves mangoes and singing Disney songs.

Timothy
Timothy's journey to personal transformation began with a wander through India in 2003. This was the pivot point for years of practice in the yogic & buddhist traditions. He has completed over 500hr Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra certified trainings, and is a passionate educator in both yoga and in the natural sciences. Timothy integrates psychology, non-violent communication, and buddhist philosophy into his guidance, coupled with his intuition and sense of personal truth. His wish for all is an improved understanding of our inner experiences and our habitual interactions day to day. Timothy supports guests with building the grit and volition necessary to bring about personal transformation within this lifetime. Timothy's favourite colour is blue, enjoys ecstatic dance, chess, good food, philosophical conversations and his heart warms when guiding singing circles around a campfire.
